How to Create a Mindful Morning Routine
How you start your morning shapes your entire day. Instead of reaching for your phone first thing, what if you spent those first moments grounding yourself? A mindful morning routine helps you feel calmer, more focused, and intentional about how you move through the day.

A Simple 10-Minute Mindful Morning Routine:
